THE INTERACTIVE COMIC BOOK WITH YOU AS THE HERO.

Perched on top of a hill, Malbrouck Castle proudly looks over the landscape. You have to climb a steep hill before entering its magnificent inner courtyard and start dreaming, like a child, of knights and troubadours.

In order to modernize the visit to the castle and to attract younger people, Moselle Arts Vivants commissioned A-BLOK to digitize the last room in the “Tour des Dames”.

We designed and produced the permanent installation "Malbrouck en Fête", an augmented reality experience based on the historical comic book "Les voyages de Jhen".

Upon entering the room, visitors are immersed in the animated comic strip. They discover life in the countryside, on the building sites and in the castle. Suddenly, a valet calls out to them: "Welcome to Malbrouck Castle!".

As they approach the screen, the visitors appear as if by magic in the courtyard of the castle. Their presence launches the festivities: the curtain opens, the musicians start playing while the alchemist sends bubbles that the visitors burst with a lot fun.

The party is in full swing until the room is empty. Then the curtain gently closes and life resumes its course.
