Since 2014, we’ve been a constant fixture at the annual graduation ceremonies of Groupe Ionis’s 19 schools.
Students are photographed as they come on stage and these photos are then broadcast in a slideshow. Once the diplomas have been awarded, a mosaic representing their schools’ logos is revealed in real time.

  • How is the mosaic produced?

    • Our aim is to make life as simple as possible for you. In the run-up to your event, we will send you a mock-up produced with dummy photos and your choice of music and visuals. So all that’s left to do is replace our photos with the new ones on the big day.

  • I've got an exceptionally large screen. Can I still use that here?

    • Yes, the standard Full HD resolution of our photo mosaic animation can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

  • Do you supply screens and equipment?

    • We are not an equipment rental company. However, we can recommend qualified service providers, particularly in France, Germany and Switzerland. We will adapt our photo mosaic to your technical requirements (resolution, frame rate).

  • Can I create a photo mosaic using a visual other than a logo?

    • Yes, we can produce any visual in the form of a photo mosaic.

  • I'd like my logo to be cropped, so that just the logo is in mosaic form. Is this possible?

    • Some versions of our digital photo mosaic can be used to create a cropped logo. Please let us know if this is what you need.

  • Can I give priority to certain photos or define the order for photos to be shown in?

    • Yes, we have a VIP option for prioritizing photos in the animation. We can also display them chronologically.

  • I'd like to use my own music. Can you integrate it?

    • We can edit your music and integrate it into our animations. In this case, you will need to provide us with proof that you have obtained the rights to use the track for the project in question.

  • Can I create a custom photo mosaic animation?

    • We at A-BLOK have been optimizing WE ARE LOGO™ photo animation since 2004, so anything is possible. Just let us know what you need.

  • What size photos do you accept?

    • To create a mosaic from your logo, we need all the photos to have exactly the same format (square, landscape or portrait) and to be the same size.

  • Is it possible to create a WE ARE LOGO™ mosaic using photos shot by photographers, taken in photobooths or supplied on USB sticks?

    • Yes, all photo sources are accepted. However, please bear in mind that additional time is required to select, edit and transfer photos. On the plus side, our Virtual Photobooth is natively compatible with our WE ARE LOGO™ animation, which simplifies matters.

  • Can you crop my photos?

    • Yes, we provide this service at an additional charge. If you need your photos cropped, please let us know.

  • How many photos can I use to create a photo mosaic?

    • We recommend using at least 100 photos.

  • How many photos can I display during the photo animation?

    • You can display between 150 and 250 photos for the WE ARE LOGO™ Video and Live versions. And anything up to 10,000 photos for other versions

  • Do you provide a moderation tool?

  • Is your WE ARE LOGO™ experience GDPR-compliant?

    • Our animations are GDPR-compliant. Whenever you use our VIRTUAL PHOTOBOOTH to collect photos of your participants, we adapt the Terms of Use for your specific project.

  • Where is my participants’ data stored?

    • Participant data (photos, names, comments, etc.) is stored on secure Microsoft Azure servers in Germany.

  • Is your music royalty-free?

    • We buy music licenses for each project on approved sites such as Premium Beats or Soundtaxi. The price of the license depends on your specific needs.
